Huge shoutout to Delightful Duck Cooling and Heating for saving the day! My parents' air conditioner completely died during a hot week here and we needed an emergency AC repair fast. The tech diagnosed the issue immediately as a failed AC contactor and replaced the part on the spot. Finding a reliable air conditioning contractor who won't rip you off is tough, but their customer service and fair pricing were outstanding. I highly recommend Delightful Duck Cooling and Heating! I have used them twice now for two separate appointments, and their service is flawless. On the first visit, they diagnosed and replaced the AC capacitor at my home quickly and affordably. I was so impressed with their professionalism that when my parents' air conditioner started blowing warm air a few weeks later, I immediately booked a second appointment for them. Once again, the technician was prompt, polite, and replaced my parents' AC capacitor on the spot. Finding an honest, reliable HVAC technician is tough, but this team is the real deal. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and top-tier air conditioning repair!
