🔧 2. HVAC Service Terms
By scheduling service, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following:
All estimates are provided in good faith based on available information.
Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen requirements.
Emergency or after-hours services may incur additional charges.
Down Payment is due which will be 10% or $1000.oo whichever is less, 70% progress payment at start of job and Final Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in a signed service agreement.
💸 3. Payment and Billing
Accepted forms of payment include:
Cash
Credit/Debit Cards, Cards will be charged 4%
Checks
Financing via approved third-party partners
A $50 service fee may apply for returned checks. Unpaid invoices past 30 days may be subject to a late fee and/or collections.

We stand by our work:
Labor warranties are provided for 1 year unless otherwise noted in your service contract.
Manufacturer warranties vary and are subject to registration and compliance with maintenance guidelines.
DIY modifications or third-party service may void any warranty.

Ensure clear access to equipment before the technician arrives.
Notify us of pets, gates, or property access requirements.
Provide accurate information about previous HVAC modifications or known issues.
📅 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
