Give your AC some attention before the busiest cooling days. We check relevant operation and accessible components, discuss airflow and filter care, and explain any findings that need a separate repair decision.

Share the equipment type if known, symptom timing, affected rooms and recent service history. You do not need to remove covers or enter an unsafe space to collect information.
Record thermostat mode, run time and the rooms affected. Airflow, controls, coils, ducts, electrical components and refrigerant performance can produce similar symptoms.
Note where the ice or water is visible. Turn the system off using normal controls when appropriate and request evaluation; continuing to run an iced system may not resolve the cause.
Tell us whether the sound occurs at startup, during operation or at shutdown. A loose component, control issue or mechanical problem needs a check rather than a guess from the sound alone.

The recommendation should connect to your equipment and goal. Compare the written scope, price, exclusions and relevant checks before work proceeds.
Visit tasks depend on the equipment and safe access. Review accessible condition and wear, and share any changes since the last visit.
Discuss checks of controls, electrical operation, supply and return airflow, coil condition, drainage, duct delivery and refrigerant performance. Confirm the applicable checklist for your equipment when enrolling.
Ask which findings are routine care and which require a separate repair quote. Maintenance pricing does not mean every part or repair is included.
The current Club uses annual billing with two maintenance visits per year. Confirm covered systems, visit scope and scheduling before enrollment.

An afternoon comfort problem may involve windows, insulation, attic conditions or room airflow. For exposed coastal equipment, discuss visible condition and manufacturer-approved care. Address the property’s actual load before increasing capacity.
Do not add refrigerant, open electrical compartments or keep resetting a breaker that trips. If you see smoke or sparking or smell burning, stop using the equipment and seek appropriate urgent help.

Confirm your equipment count and visit scope. We arrange the scheduled care, document relevant findings and explain any separately proposed repairs or follow-up.

Current annual residential and commercial plans include two maintenance visits per year. Confirm covered equipment and the applicable visit checklist.
Residential: $195 for the first system plus $100 for each additional system annually. Commercial: $295 for the first system plus $120 for each additional system annually. Confirm the system count and full price before enrollment.
Parts, repairs and additional work are included only if expressly confirmed in your written plan. Ask for current benefits, exclusions, renewal and cancellation terms.
Current plans are annual. A monthly option is planned as Nuve and smart AC controls are introduced. Pricing and enrollment details will be announced when ready.
